Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only when:

• The product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect
• The package is unopened and unused
• Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered items
• Personal care, supplements, consumables 
• Items with a clearance or discount tag

Refund Processing

Once we inspect the returned item:

• Refund will be issued within 5-7 business days
• Refund mode depends on the original payment method

Return Shipping

If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free.
